Sara called me in a panic the other day, saying that her babysitter fell through for the day. I had to work that day, but I told her I would ask Miguel. Because we have desprately needed Doug and Sara to watch Lilia in the past, I new what Miguel's answer would be. He agreed to the six hours watching Owen. I went merrily on my way to work. Everything was going well for the first few hours, the babies playing together wonderfully. Miguel even considered how much fun it would be to have twins...ok I added that in myself. About three hours into his six hour shift he texted me that the babies were starting to get fussy. No biggie. Another half hour passed and I checked my phone, babies were still crying... and another half hour, Miguel was at the end of his rope. This is the video he sent me:
I still don't have the guts to show this to Sara. It's funny and not funny all at the same time. I felt Miguel's pain while I watched this video, and could do nothing to help. Lucky for Miguel, shortly after this video Lilia fell asleep and he was able to keep Owen content until Doug came to his rescue. Needless to say, I can't WAIT to show these two this video when they grow up!!!!
